The LHB Human Resources Director is responsible for overseeing Human Resources and Office Administration, ensuring alignment between people strategy and LHB’s core values. This role serves as a steward of culture and engagement, driving the integration of values into internal practices and external outreach while supporting business strategies, growth, and organizational effectiveness.
