LHB is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Director to lead a firmwide, client-focused growth strategy aligned across our multidisciplinary design and engineering practice. This is a hybrid position based in our Duluth or Minneapolis locations. This role serves as a strategic partner to firm leadership, shaping how LHB competes in the marketplace by aligning business development, marketing, brand, and communications into a cohesive growth strategy. The Director brings clarity and discernment to where we pursue work, how we position ourselves, and how we consistently win in priority markets.

You will be mentoring, guiding, and empowering our market leaders and doer-sellers to strengthen revenue generation through intentional client and relationship development. This is not a lead generation role.
The Director will also serve as a key strategic advisor to the COO, CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This role is critical to advancing LHB’s next chapter of growth, strengthening its reputation, and translating design excellence into measurable market impact. This position will report to the COO.
